AlongsideYou.care is a digital platform supporting the personalised care workforce — including Care Coordinators, Social Prescribing Link Workers, and Health & Wellbeing Coaches working in NHS and community settings.

2. What data we collect and why

We collect data in two ways — information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you visit the site.

Information you give us directly

When you complete the demo booking form, we collect:

• Your name and work email address
• Your organisation or PCN name
• Your job role
• Your team size and preferred meeting times (optional)
• Any notes you choose to add

We use this information to respond to your demo request, confirm a meeting time, and send you relevant updates about the platform — but only if you have given us consent to do so.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, we may collect basic analytics data including which pages you visited, how long you spent on the site, and the type of device and browser you used. This data is anonymised and used only to improve the website. We do not use tracking cookies that follow you across other websites.

3. Our legal basis for processing your data

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Consent — for sending you updates or marketing communications. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legitimate interests — for responding to a demo booking request you have made. It is reasonable to expect a response when you submit a form.
• Legitimate interests — for basic analytics that help us improve the website, where these do not override your rights.

4. How we store and protect your data

Demo booking data is stored securely using Supabase, a cloud database provider. Data is stored in the EU (West Europe region) and is protected by row-level security — meaning only authorised members of the AlongsideYou.care team can access it.

We do not store payment card details. We do not store passwords. We use HTTPS encryption on all pages of this website.

We retain your booking enquiry data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted unless we have an ongoing relationship with you.

5. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this website:

• Supabase — secure database storage for form submissions (EU-based)
• Vercel — website hosting (data processed in accordance with their privacy policy)
• Google Fonts — font delivery (no personal data is stored)

We may be required to share data with law enforcement or regulatory authorities if required by law. We would notify you where we are legally permitted to do so.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

AlongsideYou.care is designed for use by healthcare and community professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has submitted data through this site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
